Deemed by a group of supporters as “The Immaculate Picker”, Vic’s guitar work is true to the original artist’s precision, with a touch of original flare all his own, and his originals reflect a depth and thoughtfulness inspired by some of the greats.

You’ll here some of your all-time favorites, and gain some new one’s with Vic’s originals. The MUSIC MENU includes well over 200 popular soft rock, progressive country, and classic rock hits, inviting audiences to request their favorites and participate in what often leads to a sing-along night’s worth of fun entertainment.

A seasoned performer, Vic is at ease in any setting: from a small private gathering, a popular local nightspot, or a concert auditorium, and he’ll creatively weave a set from his vast repertoire to create the perfect mood, providing an experience not soon forgotten.

To his credit are two nationally released CD’s. His first, “I’ll Get It Done”, includes the local favorite “Texas Morning”, and spawned the music video production of “Don’t Want To Leave You”, which aired on both TNN and CMT. His latest CD, “Times Like These”, has even reached beyond our shores, receiving airplay as far away as Australia.

Private Lessons - Teacher, Vic Duncan

Vic Duncan has been teaching aspiring guitar enthusiasts for over 20 years, and has developed a book, "The Road Map For Your Guitar" that has helped literally hundreds of students of all ages develop their guitar playing skills.

Vic's teaching method allows the student to grasp the mechanics of

music theory and apply it directly to the guitar, using popular songs as

examples along the way. Several of Vic's students have gone on to write

their own songs and are performing in local coffee house venues.

Located at 4021 Beltline Rd. in Addison, TX., Vic's own PLAY GUITAR NOW teaching studio also offers lessons through additional instructors Jim Keeton and Ken Williams, featuring lessons in Jazz, Rock, Blues, Country, Fingerstyle, Strumming techniques, notation and tabliture reading. Lessons are available for acoustic and electric guitar, as well as bass, mandolin and banjo.

Private lessons: $100/month for 4 half hour sessions.
